T&L Leasing Ltd was founded by a knowledgeable management team with over 50 years experience in Asset Finance and Leasing whilst with Bank of Scotland.

Phil worked for BoS for 25 years and was the Head of the Transport & Logistics team for 8 years after inception in 1998.

Throughout his career at the Bank, Phil gained a detailed knowledge in the asset finance market and has pioneered structures required to create deliverable funding solutions.

 

He also has a wealth of experience in other industry sectors and the wider Banking environment which is invaluable for customers looking to ensure the funding product offered by a financier is the one that best suits their needs.

Paul spent 10 years in the BoS Transport & Logistics team, and since 2006 was Head of Commercial Vehicles, bringing a significant amount of experience in this specialist sector.

Paul was instrumental in the growth of the team and was the driving force behind some of its more innovative funding solutions.

Having dealt for many years with some of the UK's largest commercial vehicle fleets, Paul has developed an expertise in ensuring even the most complex funding solutions run with ease.

Darren had 15 years experience at BoS, in the asset funding market with detailed knowledge in both the car and commercial vehicle sector

In the last 4 years at BoS, Darren was with the Transport team and he quickly established himself as the senior national accounts manager, using his detailed knowledge of operating lease structures.


Darren is also highly proficient in the complex ‘agency’ product for both car and commercial vehicle contract hire companies.
